        Guitar evaluations are now available to help you make an informed decision on buying a used guitar. Our goal is to inform you of any existing problems before you make a purchase. ( Service by appointment only )

We will Evaluate:

• Playability (Trussrod, Neck Angle, Tuning Keys, Action at Nut and Bridge).
• Structural Integrity (Braces, Neck, Bridge, Bridge Plate, Top, Back & Sides).
• Electronics (Pickups, Switches, Pots, Microphones, Preamps & Jacks).
• Intonation (Fret, Nut & Saddle Placement).
• Written Estimate on Correcting Problems.

Only $35.00 per guitar

Repair Work

Vintage Guitar Restoration is our primary function and specialty. We do accept contemporary guitars for repair that are of fine quality in need of substantial repairs, such as; Structural Repairs, Fretwork, and Customizations.

Setups:

 Includes; adjusting the action at nut, neck and bridge, intonating, (except acoustics), restring and tune to pitch .

Fretwork:

Fret level, refrets, stock & compound radius, rosewood, maple, ebony and bound boards.

Structural Repair:

Loose braces, cracks in body, reglue bridge, replace bridge plate, broken headstock.

Neck Reset:

Bolt-on & Dove tail acoustics.

Intonation:

Acoustic; Fill and recut slot, adjust nut location and compensated saddle

Electric; Adjust nut location, intonate saddles.

Bridge Saddles and String Nuts

Bone and Tusq string nuts and compensated bridge saddles .

Electronics:

Pickup Installation;  Acoustic, Electric, and Violin.

Volume / Tone control, Output jack, Preamps & Micophones.

Misc. Repair:

Install strap buttons, strap locks, tuning keys, tremolos, rout for pickup, install pickup, install pickguard, string trees, etc.
