Purchases will be shipped FedEx Ground within 24 hours of order confirmation. If you need to expedite the shipping, call us and we will cheerfully accommodate your request. If you need to return a guitar, the following procedure needs to be followed:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the guitar.
• The guitar must be repackage the same way you received it.
• The guitar must be insured for the total sale price.
• The guitar must be returned in the same condition as you received it.

After we receive the guitar, we will give you a full refund (less shipping) within 24 hours.
